A very pleasant evening for a run around Panmure Basin with an incoming tide making it look better every minute. The one downside of the improving view was the reclaiming of the control thrown in the basin. This will have to wait until low tide tomorrow. We’re very sorry for those affected by not finding GY where it should be – it was close by but under water. Thank you very much to Penelope and Kieran for the courses tonight and for all your work on this event. It is not an easy map to set on but we enjoyed a circumnavigation of the Basin and then some fun in the railway yard.
Next week we are on a favourite, Western Springs. We are starting at the Stadium Rd entrance to the park and I hear some or all of us will get a control or two actually in the Western Springs Stadium. This event is next Wednesday (the 17th) – so only 6 days away.
