Alistair Landels, a club member who works for OCAD (and lives in the UK) has offered to join in remotely to our course setting night this Wednesday to tell us about a new release of the OCAD app for use when mapping and now also when course setting. He will join in at 7.45.

We will be starting the course setting meeting at the scout den at 7pm with an introduction to the use of OCAD from 7 to 7.45 followed by Alistair talking to us about the app for about 30 minutes. We will then continue on about 8.15 with a short presentation on how to plan a good course and then people can have a go, with others available to help. You are welcome to come to any portion of this – if you are already an expert in OCAD then you can skip the first 45 minutes – if you know all about setting a good course then you can head home when this part starts.

If you are keen to hear what Alistair has to tell us about the app but do not want to come along to the scout den you can join in online at 7.45pm.
